The Campbell Soup Company (NYSE: CPB) plans to sell its’ Godiva Chocolatier unit to Yildiz Holding A.S., a Turkish diversified food company, for $850 million.
The deal will allow Campbell to focus on “simple meals,” including the soups that Campbell’s is most famous for.
